Is your strip RGB? If so, you will need a remote control. Do you have one? If yes, you need to use it. Most strips have a remote. I know all but my awning have remotes.

Follow the wiring to the connection point. Perhaps there is something disconnected.

Have a remote, and there is not an option for those lights. Also have checked for switches inside all around the door/floor/walls, etc. Absolutely stumped.

Called the dealer after Memorial Day weekend...(of course it happened then when no one was around for several days). Anyways, it turns out, the undercarriage lights are tied to the awning lights (same switch). Ours clearly weren't working so we have to take the trailer in to be looked at.

Thanks to everyone for all of the suggestions.

Our Wildwood has a switch on the inside panel that has to be on, then the remote can be used to turn them on. But the remote will not work unless the inside switch is also on.
