Window screen clips

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Some of the window screens are not fitting properly in my Dynamax REV. This was noticed prior to our purchase and the dealer “fixed” them prior to PDI. However, the fix dissolved on my trip home.

Upon investigation, the spring clips that hold the screens onto the window may be made of low quality metal. Some are not doing their job. I was able to fix a few of them by bending the metal a little. I don’t know how long they will hold the new position. One clip fell out the window in the process, I didn’t find it.

If you have the screen laying on a horizontal surface with the clips sticking up you can see that some are not sitting at the correct angle.

The photo on the left is of a clip that is OK.
The middle photo is a clip that will not stay in the window frame.
The final photo shows a gap between the frame and the screen.

Thanks,

Bobby
