I can't speak for Jim but I installed mine back in March and it really improved my reception. Prior to installing it my local Fox Channel broadcast, in digital, was choppy at best The picture froze and audio was hit and miss. After installation it improved the reception to the point where the picture has not froze up and audio has been fine. So far so good. I've watched about 20 hours of TV in digital out in the motorhome and it has been great. Prior to installation I would have switched back to DirecTV just to see a show uninterupted.

Just enter the zip code of where you're staying and it will come back with approximate channels you should be able to receive (depending on the environment around you)
