For winter storage, drain all the water, and there are 2 schools on antifreeze in the water lines, some do, some won't. Somewhat depends on how cold it may get. Make sure you put antifreeze in the drain traps. Poor a little in the toilet also to keep the gasket from drying out. Get the tires off the ground or asphalt, driving on boards will work. Don't worry about the weight on the axles, but I make sure everything is chocked and put stab jacks down as mine is stored outside. This keeps the wind from rocking it around on the tongue jack. Cover the tires. As for covering the trailer, 2 schools there just like antifreeze in the lines. Some do, some don't. There will be other opinions and suggestions I'm sure.
