Winter Storage Question

A newby question:

I will be storing our Wildcat in a heated storage facility this winter. The inside temp will be maintained at around 40f, but in northern Nevada it will be below freezing (at least) every night.

I won't be winterizing the plumbing system, but is there anything I should do while it is sitting over the winter? We are planning a two week trip to Arizona in late February, but otherwise I don't anticipate any trips until late late March.

I like to be preventive. I'd probably blow out and antifreeze the pipes even though it's inside. What if the heating system fails for a few days? Antifreeze is a small price to pay for peace of mind.

If there is even the slightest possibility of storage location losing heat, winterize.
