Winterizing 2014 Sunseeker 3010 DS

I own a 2014 Forest River Sunseeker Class C RV. It is time to winterize. I have reviewed the RV antifreeze instructions in the online owners manual and I am unclear on how to get the antifreeze into the RV's water system. The instructions say after you remove the water filter in no. 6 "Fill the tank above minimum water pump operation level with RV antifreeze. (Use of a long funnel may be helpful)". What tank are they referring to? Is this the tank that holds the water filter?

Yes, you would add it to the fresh water holding tank. I have had success with blowing out the lines with a compressor and then adding the RV antifreeze just in the drains and traps, but whatever you are comfortable with is best.

They are referring to the fresh water don't want to add antifreeze into your fresh water tank for two reasons...1) you will need to add alot of antifreeze just to get it to the point where the pump will be able to take it up resulting in using way more antifreeze than is needed to get the job done. And 2) you will have to flush and flush and flush that fresh tank come spring time to be rid of all the antifreeze in it. Are you sure you don't have a valve and siphon hose at your pump to suck antifreeze straight from the jug? For what its worth..most manuals that come with the unit are so generic that they are almost useless.
