They don't boo, I read a lot of post on the Tiffin site. When Berks are brought up they kinda pass over the post like it's not even there. Tiffin does make some really nice coaches, but at twice what our Berks cost. To me the worst is the trips to Red Bay for weeks at a time to get things fixed.

Have not once regretted our choice to go with our Berkshire over a Phaeton. NOT. ONCE.

I do not work for Berkshire or Forest River, I am Active Duty NAVY. My 2014 390BH Berkshire is the second Forest River product I've owned (first was a cardinal fifth wheel) and I absolutely would recommend either one of them over and over again! The combination of the Freightliner chassis, cummins engine and Allison Transmission is probably the best out there! The craftsmanship of my unit I believe would be in a unit closer to 400K! Between the all tile flooring, corian counter tops and took notch appliances what else would be better? I know there are much nicer coaches than ours and much nicer amenities, but for the price point and amenities you can't go wrong with the berks!! The customer service with FR is another point I would recommend them and buy another any day!! These are just my opinions!!

Wow second post. Looks like he owns a 2008 36QS ? Whatever happened to introducing yourself. Constructive comments. Explaining your issues. Manners. Nope just mine is a piece of crap. Hopefully he or she comes back and gives more details. I know that 2008 is the first year for the Berk and no doubt there were issues. I also know there are several owners with2006 Berkshire's that love them.

We like ours, think it is the best bang for the buck! Had some issues, sure, but any MH you buy is going to have some issues.

Phil, happy holidays, did you make it back up to MI yet?

We have been in our 2013 for 6 weeks now in southern Arizona and touch wood everything has been great. Other than me breaking the closet door mirror.

Yes Skip we are in Michigan. Leaving the 26 to head home to our MH. It's currently parked in Alabama. Can't wait. I love my family but darn it's cold up here and I don't like it.
