12V circuits lost

We recently lost (might have been the same day) power to some devices:

Rear lav fan
Mid lav fan
Mid lav ceiling light
Inline Truma AquaGo Comfort water heater.

Master Plex panel shows every fuse OK.
Pressing wall switch for the first 3 items - changes to blue, but no power.
When switching on, no sound of relay clicking at master Plex panel like heard for other operational devices.

The icon for the L.P. heater in the Plex wall panel is ON.
The rear wall rotary switch for the water heater is in the Comfort position (holds 102 deg.).
Checked and reset the ON switch at the heater.

I have a call into PP, but haven't heard back.

We’re in Alaska now and my wife is hounding me for a warm shower; I can temporarily live without the others.

I’d appreciate any advice.

Thanks.

I can't help you with the PP. But you can run temporary power from a battery directly to the water heater. Put a fuse in there somewhere.

Thank you very much, Oscar!

I was also contemplating that. You've validated my tentative plan.

My wife thanks you too!

Nope, have one just like it. She'll come "camping" all day long as long as it's 72.5º and "basic" needs are met. All good, these coaches take care of that. (Most of the time)

So did you get it rigged to work?

Yes, it's working!

Fortunately I had zip wire, taps, powerpole connectors & crimper, fuse holder, small battery clips pigtail all with me; everything but the fuse. Got the fuse last night and fired it up a few minutes ago. Tested for hot water, and we're good to go.

Domestic bliss has returned to this Berk.

Thanks, again for your advice!

Problem solved!

Advice from PP TS was that symptoms indicated a loose connector into the back of the main panel (below the bed). They all looked sound, but I disconnected/reconnected all of them and my circuits became resurrected. For reference, it was the plug labeled ON5 .

Dogfather,
Can you please contact me by PM?
I'd like to talk to you personally about the model Berk you purchased. We have a '15 Berk XL 40BH and are contemplating something different.
Thanks, Rick

This is the second time I've heard of "wiggling/cycling" the connectors to solve a PP problem. I've added it to my suggestion box for PP problems.

Thanks for letting us know the answer.....
