2010 Berkshire Electrical Issue

Has anyone lost power to your radio and dash air conditioner intermittently while driving down the road?

Check for rodent damage on wires.

Also, you should jiggle the bundle of wires under the dash. I lost my dash fan and it was due to a bad connection. They use a lot of butt connectors and one of the ones stopped making contact. There is a large bundle of wire that are taped together that are hanging by the radio. Could be that you have the same issue.
