2011 Bathroom sliding door

When opening and closing the door makes a noise, anyone else have this problem and if so what did you do to repair it?

What kind of noise?

And maybe a photo or two might help!

Is it the bottom or is there an adjustment on the top of the door

Can you figure out where the door is dragging in that slide cradle?

There are two possibilities.

1. The door bottom is dragging in the bottom of the "U" slide cradle. If so, there should be adjustments at the top of the door to raise it. Sometimes these are round disks that you rotate (eccentric), other times slotted holes where you loosen screws and tighten door while lifting.
2. The U-shaped cradle has twisted and the door is scraping on a fore corner on one side and aft corner on the other. In this case you must get the door out of the way (lift off?) and tighten the cradle mounting screws. If it was screwed down crooked at the factory, you may have to make a new hole for one of the screws.

I have the same bottom slide guides as you do. The 2 screws you see are for adjusting the the space for the door upon installation. The mounting screws are not visible and behind the door. They are slotted so you can adjust up or down. You need to take out the 2 visible screws first then pull out the plastic holder so the door will swing free to the outside to get at the back screws. Before you go through the trouble of taking it all apart run some silicone grease on the bottom of the door and slide it back and forth a couple of times. It helped me correct my issue with that plastic part.
