Dash ac/heater will not come on. Has anyone had any issues with theirs?

You’ve checked the fuses, I’m guessing? At least at this point, that’s where I’d start checking.

I had a problem with the dash fan on our 2013 390RB.Turned out to be a bad splice on a butt connector up under the dash. It was near the dash fan switch on the back side. Crimped it with a tool and it solved the problem.

I had to find the original splice inside the corrugated wire cover and then redo the crimp. The wire just pulled out from the translucent butt connector

Have not had issues with our dash air (other than the condensate hose coming loose and water running everywhere) but the wires behind your dash is the next place to look and see if anything has come loose. Start at the fan/ac switch and work your way back.

There's a separate fuse for your compressor clutch. Mine is in the rear PDM (Power distribution module) which, on mine, is located next to the inverter. Look on the inside of the lid for fuse location. 15A IIRC.

Evans Tempcon vacuum pump at fault?

Our turbo-diesels have positive pressure in the engine manifold. The ventilation controls like AC, vents and heater work off of manifold vacuum in a non-turbo car. So, the Evans Tempcon people, who make the ventilation control systems, have a 12 volt vacuum pump. It is located with the fuses in the outside bay below the driver. Mine is on the wall towards the rear. Here are pictures of a bunch of them: https://www.google.com/search?q=evan...R1kfIU41TqsYM:

The one in my coach looks like the one on the top left.

Make sure it is getting voltage when you turn the ignition on and that the vacuum lines are in place.
