390BH booth light fixture

I have a 2011 390bh and I can't figure out how to remove the glass so that I can replace the bulb over the booth. I was able to twist the glass with hopes of lining up holes with the retention feature on so then it then could be pulled off of the fixture, no luck with that method. Can someone help me with this?
