It's been a long time coming, but the guys at Goshen have solved this mystery.
Back in may I just ran and extension cord over to another outlet for the fridge and decided to wait until we got to Goshen.
Back on page3, post 25 I had stated:
"Well I traced the wires. Both of the outlets in the dinette slide are direct runs to the basement. They seem to meet up in a junction box under the floor which I cannot get open"
The FR techs crawled up in there and opened that junction box. They took the wire nuts off and just tightened them back on. Even though the wires looked OK, tightening the wire nuts did the trick. Both AC outlets in the dinette slide started working again. One under the dinette and one behind the residential fridge.
So as it turned out, it was NOT one of the easy typical things that one would suspect like a GFI or breaker.
Thanks for everyone's help back in May and God Bless the FR techs.
