Well, it MAY not be the motor. Was fumbling around for the generator start switch (in the dark) last night and hit the shade switch. Low and behold it started working again. So, it MAY be in the switch near the passenger's elbow.
I say "may" because the shade makes a little noise as though something is dragging. It will start travel, move a few inches, then sound like it wants to quit, travel some more, etc, etc Just sort of a tiny little hesitation.
