Ac help

I Have a 2012 390bh. I have had a few problems with the ac unit's both front and back. The problems have been resolved by the dealer. They had to replace both units. Now the units work properly but the rear air is loud. It has some kind of vibration that is loud toward the driver side. I went on the roof and it looks secure. I took off the cover and all seems well. The drivers side of the unit you can feel the vibration on the roof. I compared it to the front unit and the front has no vibration. Under the rear unit I can see some foam pads. Some are touching the roof and some are not. I am thinking that may be the problem. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?

Since new, sounds like defective air. Mine had noise, took off cover and found mud dauber nest had came loose and was in the squirrel cage. When the fan ran made it off balance.

You would need to take the covers off the AC units inside the coach (4 screws- 1 in each corner). They have small round caps covering them. Once you get them off, you should see some long bolts going upward. These are the AC hold down bolts. Try tightening them some to see if the pads touch the roof. It may be that they didn't tighten them enough and you are getting a vibration. Don't over tighten though because you may ruin the gaskets if they are too tight.

Thanks for the info. I pulled the cover from the Inside and the bolts were just hand tight. I tightened them down check the roof and the pads were all touching. The noise seems to be gone also. Thanks for the advice.
