Here we go!!!!!

This is our first of many beautiful campsite we’ll visit during our 2019 travels.... (Cranes Mill COE Park - Canyon Lake, TX)

Beginning our 9th month of full-timing and loving it...

Have our 2019 travels planned out thru 7/17 and we are soooo glad to get started..... Lots of COE, FS, BLM, SP and a few private CG’s in our plans....

Spent 3.5 months down south of Corpus Christi, TX at a great park BUT have decided that next winter we won’t spend that long in one CG - will spread the time out between a few different parks....

Looking forward to seeing some of you out there as we head into NM, AZ, ID, WY, OR, WA, ND, SD......

Fish to supplement your SS check ? Sell your extra catch to local fish market?
Those COE parks are most always great.

Hiccup time!!!!

Last week (Friday)when we fired up diesel in preparation of leaving our Winter CG in Riviera, TX, I had a “check engine” warning appear....

Called Freightliner Help line and we pulled the code - an emissions issue.... was told it most likely would go away once we had some “highway miles” on engine....

Here we are, 2 CG’s and 420 miles later - still on!!!!

Went to Freightliner service here in Abilene, TX and it was determined that it was an emissions issue.... only problem - can’t get to coach until Monday or Tuesday....

Soooo - we are set up at a CG in Abilene - waiting.... [emoji30][emoji30][emoji30][emoji30]

Nah. I’m sure you will end up with more enjoyable “adventures” during the trip.

Praise the Lord - after spending a week in Abilene, TX (4 days spent waiting for Freightliner to “work me into their schedule; 3 days to find and fix problem) we will finally get back on track and start our travels tomorrow (Lord willing)

Might go check out the snow. Might find Bobby Unser snowmobiling up there.
