Some times you have to turn off the leveling system, turn back on, let pressure build to blow off then hit retract again. Worked for me before.

Hit retract all again then wait for the air bags to inflate. I usually need to hit retract all twice when starting out.

I always auto retract then hit each leveler for about 2 seconds manually. Then go outside and make sure the RV has raised up. Easy to see on mine if I can get my hand between the tire and coach the airbags are inflated.

So after i got suspension up and inflated again, could not get the emergency flashers to go off. Anyone else have an issue with that? You pull out to turn on, but would not go off when pushing in.

You need to turn a turn signal on I usually put the right one on it cancels the flashers. It took me a bit to figure out.

Happened to me

You only have a finite amount of time from activating the levellers up, before starting the ignition.

Freightliner help told me to activate the levellers up and then start engine right away. It sends an electrical signal to reverse the actuator valve that drained your bags when you levelled and allows the suspension to start airing up.

Cancel flasher with turn signal. Left or right doesn't matter.

We experienced same problem right after purchasing. Freightliner personnel crawled underneath front where they found 2 buttons. They depressed one which repaired our problem. They suggested starting engine before raising levelers. Haven't had the problem again. Knock on wood. Good luck!

I always start the engine and let system 1 and 2 reach a minimum of 125 psi before hitting the retract all button. I too had an issue on our 2nd trip out and read the operators manual and it specified this procedure. Have yet to have another problem.

I also wait until I hear the air system relief valve pop before driving off that way I know the bags are inflated and I have reached normal operating pressure.

I agree with above posts. Just this past weekend I attempted to short cut the system by raising jack before airing up .... after riding the pogo stick I followed the above procedure and problem was solved.

Slides in
Air up
Jacks up
Air up again and on my way

Us too. We retract the levelers 2X, check them outside, and hold the engine at about 1600 rpm in neutral until we hear the puff. Watch the gauges and if one dips back down, do it again until you hear another puff. Should be good to go after that.
