I had a little issue with a shipped item and I called FR and luckily got Andy... I explained my issue (which really wasn't with FR as much as it was with UPS) and Andy explained that it was really beyond his control... BUT... called me back shortly with a major concession on the part of FR which was completely above and beyond what I would have expected... He even remembered the issue my wife had last year that kept us from attending Goshen....

Have to agree with the "Great guys..." comment. Randy Houser happens to be one as well. As for the great products? Since I'm new to FR I will hold off saying anything till I've got about 5,000 miles and at least 30 nights in it.
But it sure is nice reading all the Berk loving comments.
