All of these fancy gizmos they are adding to RVs is kindof like computers. Its all great until the thing quits working!

Your problem sounds like a simple lack of power, but the trick will be to track down the cause. Maybe just start checking for power at the switch, and follow the path until the power quits?
Wish I could be more help.

Parking brake on?
If you have Lippert jacks, they say to leave the motor running while leveling.

Not a expert but when we had our orientation they pulled the keys out before hitting the auto level button. I think he said it won't work with the key on. I haven't picked it up yet so I could be wrong.

We have auto-level, but it lifts the rig so high, it feels like it will topple over. Ours works with two jacks at a time - front two, back two, left two or right two.
My technique is to run the front and back pairs down until a jack touches. Then I go outside and see what needs doing next to get all four touching the ground.

Once that's achieved, I then go for the minimal amout of extra extension that will get me level. I have two stick-on levels close to the driver's seat which I installed after getting the rig level on my driveway using a torpedo level in the bottom of the fridge.

If it takes a lot to get level, I'm not shy about asking for another site, or even going elsewhere.

It automagically fixed itself! That's the cheapest way to go.
