Battery disconnect

Back home in the barn after a weekend outing, besides the horn going off it was pretty nice. So the coach is back in the barn, plugged in 50amp, we were going to leave items in the fridge, should the inverter light be on or just the ac in and float indicators. Next question, should I hit the battery disconnect near the step when I leave the coach or does it not matter since its plugged in.

My suggestion, turn the inverter off, and leave the battery disconnect on. I only use the battery disconnect when not pluged in just to make sure nothing is left on. Have never tryed the fridge with the battery disconnect tuned off, you just might try it and see if it turns the fridge off or not.

Good to know, wasn't sure. My dealer told us to leave the inverter off unless we were going to boondock and needed AC power for like the TV. Our Berkshire has an generator autostart if the batteries get too low, didn't even know it until one night and the generator started all by its self.
