Bed Slide

Hi All!! We have a 2011 Berkshire, the bed slide is making a clunking noise when on its way out. I have been looking for the thread on bed slides and how to adjust them. Can someone post the link to the fix. It is the bed slide. The model is 410QS. Thanks
