Bedroom Slide

Anyone have problems with the bedroom slide going out?

We went to extend ours and it goes about 8 inches and then just clicks. If I give it a push while my wife pushes the button it will keep moving.

I have not had the problem with my Berk but did experience it with our old Discovery. It was an alignment issue

Mine did this. I found that the slide worked on a rack and pinion gear. The nuts and bolts holding the motor were loos causing the rack to move away from the pinion gear. Lift the bead and open up the pannel. It is hard to reach but you will see the therr mounting boults and motor at the head of the bed. 10 min to fix.

All the bolts for the motor were loose but after tightening them I still have the same issue.

Heading to Lazydays at Christmas time for some other repair work so I will have them take a look at it.

question on motor tighten

when you tightened the motor did you rais it up so the rack and pinion re-engaged? On mine the motor had slopped down. I needed to rais it prior to tightening it up.

I did not notice the motor slipped down. The motor only does it at one spot when going out and will come back in fine.
