Bedroom TV not picking up channels

Our mid coach and front TV are working fine with the campground cable but the bedroom TV isn't picking up the channels when we scan. I checked the connection on the TV and its tight. I'm assuming it might be loose at some split in the coach. Any idea where I might find that?

Ensure it is on cable and not antenna in the menu settings before you scan.

Don't know about the BH models. On my 390RB it's located behind the wallplate in the entertainment center.
