Battery strong... other slide and jacks go down and out with no issues? Plus if hooked up to power should not be an issue correct?

Just suggesting the easy / obvious things. Did you check the fluid with your slides in and jacks up?

Is it in fact a hydraulic slide? Mines electric. It does poorly when not sitting on the INFLATED bags with legs retracted.

Make sure there are no kinks or leaks in hydraulic lines. If your hydraulic slides are the type that operate independently of one another then check the control solenoid valve for the slide is opening all the way. A light tap on the valve may fix it. Make sure the electrical connections are good especially the ground wire. The valves are usually located next to the pump. Also, make sure there are no obstructions or binding parts on the slide.

Hydraulic Valves

I had to have all three hydraulic valves replaced under warranty on our unit after about two months. Probably one of those lowest bidder parts. No warranty problem, labor and parts covered.

Those valves may be operated by hand using a hex wrench. Check all with closing left hand direction. If left part if open pressure will not reach that cylinder

Ok so I got to Pismo Beach and everything opened up fine and closed. Could have it just the freezing temps at home that seized the value so it could not open.

RV hydraulics are not designed to deal with very low temperatures. My levelers get very obstinate when things approach freezing.
