Berkshire 390 Air Conditioner Problem

We have 2 air conditioners with a Dometic Comfort Control Center 2 Thermostat. We lost power few weeks back. Dealer sent inverter off and had it repaired. We out today and found that AirConditioner would not come on and had an E1 error. Was told to reset it by turning all power off (did and error came back) 2-3 mins. Told to buy new thermostat, same problem. any idea's or were i can get a drawing to the system.

The E7 code is the one I get when I don't have power to the ACs. Are you plugged into 50amp shore power? Have you tried it on generator?

It seems you have a lot of electrical issues. A little more info. When you had your 12 volt issue in May did you have the batteries replaced? What happened when this started. Was it right out of the repair shop?

This is a link to the manual for the thermostat. Did you do a reset of the thermostat after you installed it? Look on page 11 of the manual and it tells you how to re-boot(re-set) the thermostat. Also, you should set the clock. Not setting the clock can also cause issues.

I have tried the thermostat reset by manual. will only flash zone 2, and still do nothing.
Both old thermostat & new one. Not sure why it show 4 zones.

They didn't replace batteries after repair work on inverter, did change them.
The air conditioners will not work on shore power or generator. The thermostat still just does same thing. Does anyone know if there is a drawing of the thermostat to air conditioners online?

I received that code when "someone" turned both ac's when we were hooked up to 30a and it tripped the breaker. But the error went away once I reset breaker.

Try putting both units on high fan speed. See if they come on then. Mine don't like starting up if set to auto.
