the outside vent for the ref was not sealed at the factory so it has been leaking from day one and that is why the tile around the ref cacked because the floor was wet

week 6 or 7 still no new floor tile or cooling unit so left LDs for a short vacation will go back when they call

I think I would call FR direct and find out what the problem is...It shouldn't be taking that long!!!

still have a hole in my tile floor and still have a ref problem but an in florida so all can not be bad

  well every thing has been fixed,Will make the RV show in Tampa Fl in January and talk to FR in person and then plan to go to the FROG rally in August so I will get my 2 cents in face to face
