I have not opened mine butI know there are a number (not sure how many) of screws that are holding it down. The bottom panel under the mirrored closet will also pull off to allow the hatch to be removed. Let us know what you had to do to remove it and how you made out.

I have a 2008 390ts. I don't know what year you have but it is probably the same layout as mine. What part of the engine do you have to get to ?
The part under the bed will get you to the valve cover. If you have to get to the thermostat and the egr than that will be in the closet. The hatch under the bed has about 8 screws that hold it down, you have to feel around for them ,I have shag rugs so you can't see the screws. Some of them may be hard to get out, I couldn't get them out with a regular screwdriver,I had to use a battery operated impact driver with a phillips head. You may end up cutting the rug.
If the closet floor has to come up, you may have to take the sliding doors off.
When they built the coach they didn't keep in mind that at one time some repairs would have to be made. It's not an easy job.I ended up changing all the rugs in the bedroom after doing work on the engine. The rugs got dirty and we didn't like them anyway. Good luck
