i am lost, but bought a used 2013 Berkshire 39' and one of the underside doors is damaged, the one that lifts up to attach, check the water / wastewater etc. and i need a new exterior door panel for this particular door.
does anyone know where to get one?

Call Suzi Shinabarger at the Diesel Division. She helped me order/get mine when my dealer could not get it. It does not come painted so you will have to take it elsewhere to get done. When you contact Suzi you will need to have your year, model and Vin number.

Based on my model and VIN Suzi sent me a drawing with all the doors depicted with the proper part numbers to make sure I was ordering the correct door. The door was a lot less expensive than I thought it would be.
Does the new door come with all new hardware? That would make it easier as those latches are a bitch from what I hear. How did the paint come out Marty does it match well. I imagine the paint was a big expense.

The door came with a new lock and latches already installed.
My dealer charged me $1600 to paint the 4 doors I damaged, install and paint the new door and fill in the dents on the other doors that were damaged but did not need replacement. They only had minor dents and were able to fill with bondo . The paint match is perfect, even Donna with her good color sense could not tell a difference. This dealership has a very good body shop. I did not think the $1600 was a bad price for all the body work they did. I am very pleased with there work and thankful they are not too far from home. Glad I purchased locally as I have had great report with them. This is the second RV I purchased from them and would buy again.
