Barrie, that definitely sounds like the same issue I'm having. How did you get yo that valve?

Cajun, I can see where the line enters the tank, just can't see it on the other side where it begins.

Hose connection generally on street side pipe leads across to curb side, up 4 ft to vac valve back down to inlet nozzle. Both sides have potential leaking connections.
