I for some reason thought the button was in the dash. I like it on the floor like the old dimmer switch.
Rich what hole did you drill to big.

I like the use of a floor switch as well. Two things though: (1) The button is small on the switch. Is it easy to activate with soft soled shoes on? (2) Looking at the area in our Berks, we don't have much of a footwell like the Class C's, so it looks like you'd have to figure a way to mount to the tile flooring. Dash switch works well....still working on getting that pic.

I see why you did that. I would go with the switch in the same spot. I need to get this ordered. I assume e trailer will know what I need. I saw a price in amazon for 886 I think it was. I will see if they will match it plus the ten %.

I got mine from ebay for 799 but it was the 160 version. The 270 is a little more: Blue Ox TC35270 Trucenter Steering Stabilizer 35 inch 270 Lbs | eBay

The mounting plates I got from Amazon for 70 bucks.

The kit comes with two switches. One hard one for you feet and a soft one for your fingers. You can push the hard one with your fingers, but the spring in it is pretty hard.

That's a great price. I saw one on ebay also, but for the few bucks extra I felt more comfortable dealing with a company that I'd dealt with before.

Yes, the eBay seller I bought it from is an RV dealer. It is the authentic Blue Ox TruCenter. Did you get two switches with yours?

We love Gahanna, but will be moving to the country next year. We want some acreage for the kids to have fun.

Just one push button switch. I fashioned a bezel to mount it in.

All of our hardware came in sealed baggies. The baggie with the electronics had two switches in it. One was a round one with a chrome button, meant to be used as a foot switch. The other one was a black rectangular switch similar to the switches most MHs come with.

Just called Blue Ox and they said that they don't include rocker switches any longer. I thought that maybe they forgot to pack one with mine.

Maybe they changed the round one to a softer one. The one I have and use is very hard to press.

What part number did you use for the brackets? Looking to buy the one on eBay, but the brackets are not included.

Thanks
