breaker location for tv's

the only breaker reset i can find for two tv's and two outlets are a 12 amp breaker switch on the magnum inverter. why is this and is there some other breaker some where. this is a 2008 berkshire

Did you check all the GFI resets?

there are no dedicated gfi's for these circuts. i just don't understand why and i reset it with the 12 amp breaker on the inverter.

There should be a breaker under the bed in the circuit breaker panel for your inverter... Your inverter runs the TV's and two outlets.
