Broken Mirror

I hope I'm not in for 7 years bad luck. Yesterday as we were leaving a parking lot I guess one of our closet doors wasn't latched properly well now it has some extra etching on it. My question is what are my chances of getting a replacement mirror from FR? Or do I find a glass shop.

If you are talking about sliding doors, I learned a long time ago to place a stick into each track while travelling. The latches are not going to hold a heavy door.

Hank the stick idea is a good one and I will use it. It seems like we break a plastic clip every 3-4 months. I just replaced my last one and need to order a few new ones. I only use them when we are moving.
