Sorry to hear this. Where did it happen? In storage, at home, or while traveling?

So sorry to hear of this we just can't get away from the bad. It would appear that in this age of GPS / cell phones where you can find and locate anyone anyplace the RV business would build an alarm unit for RV'ers that would not only sound a very loud alarm and flashing lights would call a network that could pin pont where you are and they could call the cops. I am sure it would be a saleable item when you think of all we have tied up in our RV's Again so sorry..

Sorry to hear that. I can't stand someone who steals. Work hard like we do and buy your own. I worry about this often because I have to store my unit at a storage lot. Hope all works out for you.

I've read several stories of that happening at dealerships, where the thieves would get the power cords from the storage compartments, and cut the ones that were attached to the RV's.

Replacing a 50 amp cord can be a chunk of change.

Amen, brother...... We're full time and pack plenty of heat.

I wrote a limerick and posted it in the window of the entry door:

Inside is a coach of great charm
And also a burglar alarm
So, if your intentions aren't nice
You better think twice
'cause the owners are heavily armed!

Boowho??

This happened In my do-called secure fenced and video monitored storage facility. I am waiting for the monetary values to finish the appraisal. Check your units Dailey if they are stored. Thanks for all the kind words.

When bad things happen to me I try to be thankful that it wasn't worse. A broken finger, it could have been a broken hip. A scratch in the fender, it could have been a dent.
Be thankful that your wife wasn't there alone when a couple of crackheads broke in.

This happened to us over Thanksgiving weekend while our camper was at the dealer for warranty work. They broke into about a dozen units mostly just vandalizing doing damage and taking a view small TV's. (Apparently, the larger TV's were to hard to get out.)

Thankfully, in our case, all they took was a very old a 400 watt inverter from under the TV storage. They also broke the lock getting in. Maybe I should feel insulted that they did not consider more of our stuff "theft Worthy"

Even so, we still felt violated and when we got it back we did a thorough cleaning...even the bathroom.
