Camera Issues

I had my Berkshire sitting here in my office parking lot awaiting a part for the jacks. When I went to move the rig to the get the new part the cameras were dead. Both the side cameras and the back up camera. Kind of weird because the unit had not been moved at all during that time. The screen appears to be getting power as the light comes on, but no screen images and the screen will not retract. Any suggestions?

Ed

May sound silly, but did you check the camera lenses? People do pull pranks.

Thanks Rich. Yes I did check the cameras and they are still there so I've got some other issues, but I'm not sure what they are. Obviously there is a wire not connected, but when you open up the area behind the radio it is just a mishmash of wires going here, there and everywhere.

Ed, Is there a fuse in the Compartment under the drivers window? My unit is not here, so I can't look at mine. Regards, Craig

Try hitting the little reset button.

If you have the same radio as I have the LCD screen has a separate power button, the fare left on the screen. This past spring my screen was shut off when I got into the coach. I found I had to hold the button it for several seconds before it came back on. At first I to thought it had broke. If that does not work them try the reset button to the right of the volume knob. You will need something like a paperclip to poke into the hole. I have PDF of the manual if you need it.

I agree with Debbie. There is a small hole on the Jensen unit that you can poke with a pin or pen. It fixes a lot of problems

Thanks All. I'm flying out tomorrow AM so I'll check out your suggestions when I get back on Tuesday.
