Can anyone explain where the water is leaking from.
On my 2013 360BH when I put the bed slide and the wardrobe slide out there is a mark on the carpet. Today when I picked it up from storage I put the slides out and the carpet was damp. We have been getting a lot of rain lately. I'm wondering how the water is getting in? The slides are completely closed. See the pics.
Thanks in advance!

My bet it is coming in from the top of the slide where it meets the camper. The water is leading in! Follows the roof down to the interior front. At this point it leaks to either side and stains the carpet.
just a guess.

OMG. That cannot be good at all. I am not sure where it is coming in from but you definitely need to fix it asap. I agree with the above posted. The most likely place is the slide seals.

I don't own a Berkshire but a Legacy and had water leaking into my bedroom. Called the factory and the talked to the manufacturing floor. It turns out that the bolts that attach the roof air conditioner were not tighten down completely during installation. When it rained, the water would seep through this gap and drain into the ceiling vents and drip into the bedroom. Not sure if this is your problem but my slides were in as well and this has been fixed and problem solved. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the responses so far. With the slide cover I'm wondering how water could get in the slide?

Try pulling out the bottom drawers ans have a look for any staining.
Maybe this will help to track the source.

Check the upper corners of the slides with slides in. My 2015 you could see daylight in those areas. Dealer had to redo the seals.

Here's another theory.... That stain mark runs the whole length of the slide. Could it be condensation due to humidity in the air and temperature changes? The moist air condensing on the cooler metal/backing under the slide itself, picking up dirt, etc. and then falling/dripping along the edge because that sits lower than the rest of the slide? We store ours in a metal building and early Spring is horrible. Sometimes I'll walk into the building and the whole RV is covered in water droplets. Just like a cold glass on a hot/humid summer day.

Im assuming this has a slide cover? You would probably see staining at the ceiling duct if water was coming in the AC. Investigate for the slightest traces there.

Yes it does have a slide cover. There is no staining of the ceiling at all.

My 390RB has a window in that slide just above the chest of drawers. I would check the window and look at the edges of the slide to make sure its not leaking into the window and then down around the dressing area of the slide.

Are you storing your Berkshire indoors or out? If outside, is your storage space level? I've got a 2015 Charleston that has been tested watertight (at the factory and at the truck wash), but if I park it off-level I get a leak into the living room.

Had water coming in on drivers window, ran a bead of sealant and solved the problem.

Only the carpet under the slide is damp. How is it coming in under the slide?

And I do store it outside on fairly level ground.

Are there any gaskets/rubber seals on the side of the slides?
I can't see any.

Had the same issue. The bottom of the slide had a fabric on it and was "wicking" the water into the coach. Dealer installed a plastic bottom on the slide and no more issues.
