Can anyone explain where the water is leaking from.

The slide gasket on that wardrobe slide is inside and under the bottom of the slide. The gasket on my 2014 BH had broken free to the point it was flapping around and getting caught up in the rollers. I could see daylight under the dresser. I called Andy Thompson, he sent me a new exterior gasket which I installed and it solved the problem.
IMHO that is where your problem is, moisture getting past the gasket.
