Oscar,
Some very impressive and thorough work by you. You're the guy to do it.

Thanks for letting us know how it all worked out.

The parts are different than on my 2015 Berk, which has a mid-2014 build on the chassis. So, it is only of academic interest to me.

Next, we'll send you to Ethiopia to work on the 737 Max problems.

–Gordon

Who am I to argue with FL, but I hope you got the correct part.

What you show in your blog looks like a fuse and relay box, not a "control box." I'm not seeing anything that looks like any "electronics" in there that would kill power to just the few things you had a problem with. Looks an awful lot like the one in my Traverse, but with more open fuse spots.

Here's my box:

Here's what it plugs into:

As I understand it, GM had some similar issues with continuity between the box and connectors underneath.

Anyway, good luck.

Well, I got to keep the dead one, could do an autopsy on it.....

According to the tech there are internal continuity problems in the box. What yours plugs in to is 6 multi pin connectors on mine.

Thank you.... The job itself wasn't too bad. Getting to a diagnosis, and getting the part was the "interesting" part.
