Boy, maybe I'm setting myself for a huge fall, someday.....

But I have State Farm Insurance and have the emergency towing on my vehicles. My agent told me that coverage DOES apply to motor homes; based upon this thread now I'm not so sure.

I can tell you that no matter what, there will NEVER be a spare tire or spare tire/wheel on my coach. As a FT'er just don't have the room, nor the tools, nor the "guts" to change it myself.

boowho, not sure about State Farms, but FYI we have AAA with RV coverage, and they said they'd cover tire issues except in some cases based on the availability of a vender to change MH tires. Sounded too hit an miss for us so I got specific tire service coverage. As to carrying a spare hunk of rubber, I probably would if I was going to Alaska, or an extended X-Country trip.
