Is there a battery isolation/shut off switch that may be between the coach and charging circuit that is off or wired wrong? Has this always been a problem? Do you have a VOM (volt ohm meter) to check the voltage at the batteries? If you are getting voltage from the charging circuit to the batteries (should me higher than battery voltage) but then after unplugging or shutting engine down and the batteries are lower than rated voltage then they are not taking or holding charge and you need to replace them!

After talking with Magnum tech today, and trying to reset the inverter, it looks like an inverter issue! One item discovered is that the battery shutoff for coach does not cut the power to the magnum comm center. I had to disconnect the inverter lead from the batteries to cut powere to the comm center in coach. That does not make sense to me. Nearest service shop 2 hours away! At least it is under warranty.

I agree. On my coach the shutoff switch cuts off virtually everything from the batteries...after all...it is a shutoff switch!!!! This includes BOTH of my inverters!
