Yes mine specifically,
All summer long the tank remains full
Once it starts to get cold the tank will go down some.
Eventually I'll have to add because it's low enough that it goes into limp mode.

We found this happened more on the Freightliner chassised trucks at work and not on the Sterling ones. Fleet repair dept always said it was normal during winter.
