Dashboard Heating Issue

I have a 2010 Berkshire 36' and my in dash heating has stopped working. I get cold air no matter what temperature I have it set on. All fuses seem OK and fan works OK. Has anyone had this issue or have suggestions on what to do to correct this problem?

Thank you

I had the exact opposite on my 2011. Turned to be the control module for the chassis HVAC.

I appear to be having the same problem. No matter what I set the selector on, the air comes out of the defroster vent. Even in a/c mode, all the cold air goes out the defrost vents. It appears to be a vacuum leak or a control module, but where do you start? There are a lot of vacuum tubes under the dash.

BTW, Ford says it is a coach problem.

It is. FR installed the heating/cooling system.

If you look in the 12volt electric compartment below the driver you will see a black motor with a couple of vacuum lines connected. That I believe changes the settings from hot to cold. I can hear mine run when I change temperature maybe that is the problem?

After much prayer and consternation, I located the problem. Took the hoses off the back of the air mode selector knob and found there was no vacuum. Finally found that the vacuum tube was broken off at the accumulator tank, which is behind the firewall just below the battery (About the size of a small loaf of bread.). Repaired the break and now everything works as advertised. (This again avoids one of those nightmare trips to the dealer.)
