De-winterizing....refresh my memory please

I forgot to note the position of the water heater by-pass handles when I had the coach done in the Fall.

Attached is a pic of how they left them. Can someone tell me what position I have to have them in to have the water heater working properly?

They are in the bypass position. Turn each one 1/4 turn and you will be good to go. When the handle and the line are perpendicular the flow is stopped. When parallel, the flow is enabled.
