Dead thermostat ????

I had to change out my rear Ac. I put a new 15k in front and swapped out the back unit that was broken with the old front unit. I changed the dip switches so the back is zone 2. I wired everything like It was originally and the t stat is dead. No power. I switched the phone cord connections a few times on the front and back. Nothing is working. Any suggestions??
