We picked ours up in the fall so here goes:
It is a beautiful and very functional coach for the most part. So far, it has performed very well for us mechanically and with ease of use. We chose it because we needed the bunks and a pantry for a family of five. It's the only coach we found that offers both of those and a residential fridge.
Do not go into your purchase thinking that you can sleep anyone on either the L-shaped sofa OR the love seat. We made the mistake of thinking that this coach could sleep more people than it actually can. You can effectively only sleep 5 people (by using the dinette) if you go with the L-shaped couch. If you want a real "bed" you must chose the Hide-A-Bed option and give up the extra TV seating or come up with your own alternative (that's what we did). It is a very tough call as the L-shaped sofa is great for letting all of the kids watch TV together while my husband and I sit behind them in the captain's chairs. It is not very deep, however, and may not be comfortable for large/tall adults.
Being put in the position to have to decide on THE BAD. They need to restructure those sofas to actually sleep adults or provide an overhead bunk option or something. Even with this fault, however, it is still the best choice for our family. There is no stock coach on the market that gives you everything - even the more expensive options. We found the 40BH to be the best value in addition to the best layout for us. You can fix the sleeping dilemma with the L-sofa by using air beds if needed. A toddler size fits in the space inside the L and a twin size fits in front of the L if you push in the "arm."
Not knowing your needs, perhaps the sleeping arrangement doesn't even matter, but I hope this is helpful. Having told you the good, the bad and the ugly, I would like to point out that of all of the structure, mechanics and design aspects of this coach, we really only have that one complaint. It is a wonderful coach and I highly recommend it! Please feel free to PM me if you have any questions - best wishes on your purchase.
