Doing a remodel

In the way north from KY to MI we stopped in Elkhart to drop extra parts if at the factory and also had an appointment at Brad and Hall. We had talked last year but just wasn't sure what we wanted. We pulled the trigger and will be replacing the dinette with a desk and stand alone table that will expand. The couch is going and will replace it with two wall higher recliners and a table. The window cornice side type are replaced with wood to match. The drivers and passengers seat are also getting replaced all work will be done on the 9th in June. Also I found a company that sells slide out shelves so I ordered them for the large cabinet next to the stove top. I will put them in myself.
I am taking the couch, captains seats and dinette out my self and hope to sell them. All dark brown. If you here of any one interested let me know. I will of coarse post pictures when it's done.

We did some of the same thing Phil. Got rid of the couch and put 2 nice stress less chairs in. We turn the front chairs around and have a nice conversation area or TV viewing spot. What Capt. chairs do you have? I might be interested in the brown. Good luck with the remodel. Frank

Thanks Phil. I just looked at ours again and they are more orange/brown. Are you replacing them with flexsteel or something different?

Phil,
Sounds like you are really going to have a nice coach when you are finished with the reno. Which cabinet did you order the slide out shelves for? I am looking for shelves for the lower long narrow cabinet under the counter to the left of the cabinet under the sink. Can't really find anything that fits there. If you could let me know who you are getting the cabinet from I would appreciate it.
Hope you and Diana are well. Looking forward to seeing you in Goshen.
Tom

Phil,
Thanks. Will definitely take a look. Your cabinet is much wider than mine. Mine is only about 9 inches wide but will see what they have.

Ours has two such cabinets. What we did is order drawers from The Drawer Depot, one for bottom and middle of each cabinet and installed them. They go all the way to the back and we ordered them with about 3" side height to keep things from falling out.

That's about what we ordered. They are full length and will pull out 3/4 to access everything in the back. I waited to see how the work before I try something under the sink.

That's exactly what we are doing. Can't wait for them to get delivered. Looks like a much better use of space.

did you order the rails also, think they were 29" long on ours, something that Lowes/HD doesn't carry, had to order them separately but works great.

No3putt,
Where did you attach the slide rails? From the picture, it looks like the front is attached to the cabinet frame just behind the door. Where in the back of the cabinet were the rails attached?
Thanks,
Tom

Tom you can order them a couple of ways. I ordered them to mount on the back wall. I might need to put a anchor board on the back wall and I left room to do that. I hope to just mount to the wall it feels solid.

Please tell me you took everything out for pictures. Ha Ha. Dianna and I both wished ours was that organized.

LOL, yes we are at home right now so just about every thing that could freeze is out, however will be loading it up shortly and will be spending the summer traveling to MI, IN, WI, MN and attending the FROG rally for the first time.

Attached the back rails to the wall in back, long reach but works.

What are your plane in MI? There are so many beautiful places to see here. If it would warm up soon that would be nice.
