Can you post a picture of the part or at least the manufacturer and part number?

I have a 2012 390BH with the same problem. I contacted Matt at FR and he arranged to get my window changed out on warranty even though my warranty expired in Nov 2012.. I'm currently at Lazy Days, Tampa getting it changed. I'll post a picture later today.

Now is it "Mitch" and he says no go on warranty due to me being the second owner. He is talking to his boss about what they can do and getting back to me later. I hope they do the right thing here. The problem is really annoying.

If your going to Lazy Days talk to Samantha Watson. She was my service adviser and was excellent to work with.

But Johnny-on-the-spot Mitch is NOT!!!

However, he may just be "covered up" with things if his dept happens to be understaffed.

I asked him about a wiring location in the roof for the satellite "pre-wire". That was in January..... Still waiting.

Guess it's time to rattle his cage again!!

Let us know if he ever gets back to you.

Boowho!!

Mitch may be loaded with work but not getting back to you in 2 months is unacceptable. You should try to get a hold of Randy Houser. He is Mitch's boss. His number is: 574-522-1583. He is a great guy and very easy to work with.

Mitch called and FR will supply the window if I pay for the labor. Seems fair enough as I am the second owner and they really didn't have to do anything. Now to see what the selling dealer will do for me.

That seems very fair. It's nice to see FR stand behind their product. I glad you got the window resolved. I bet the dealer will put it in for no charge.
