Smile Easy "fix" for night and sunshade switches

I had an earlier post about our night and sunshade switches operating in reverse (you push the top of the rocker to lower and bottom of rocker to raise) that was bothering me. I thought it would be a rewiring issue to fix, but it wasn't. I took the switch plate off the dash that holds the lower bank of switches (4 screws), released the switches from the plate, pulled them out the front (plenty of wire available for that), flipped them over 180 degrees and then reinstalled them in the plate. The rockers them selves with the labels on them pop off easily and can be rotated 180 degrees and popped right back on. Screwed the plate back into the dash and now everything operates and looks as it should. About 10 minutes of work and no frustration involved, that doesn't happen often, so it was gratifying.

Glenn, I am glad to see that you are now off your rocker.

I'm not the least bit sorry! I didn't even have to make the 2 trips (hardly ever just one) to Home Depot!
