Engine Air Intake Louver - 2008 Berk 360QS

I've definitely been in one spot too long this summer. Birds have built a nest in the engine air intake louver. I need to remove the four screws holding the louver to the body of the Berk. I can't find a Torx to fit the screws even though I bought a new set. CR-V T20 is too large and CR-V T15 is too small. Where can I get the right tool for the job?

John,
I may look like torx but try a square bit. I had the same issue when I had my '08 and tried to find a torx bit to fit the screw and was told that it was a square bit.

Thanks, Tom. Square fits, but it's not snug enough to break them loose. Got one of four, but the others are just too tight. The square bit turns. Got to find something better before I end up stripping them completely...

You could crawl up underneath beside the tail pipe, disconnect the intake hose attached to the back side of that vent and clean it out that way. It's a tight squeeze but I am 6' and 195lbs and I can get in there fine. It's also a good spot to check on things in the engine compartment. Bring a flashlight.

In a pinch, I've been able to use a small flat head screw driver to remove that kind of screw on my tig
