Good luck with what you find. Hopefully it is a broken wire and not the controller. Keep us informed with what you find.

I'm guessing they won't warranty the part either. Hope it's the lose wire.

AFAIK, there are two motor types; bi-directional and uni-directional. I believe FR uses the only the uni-directional pump so turning it backwards would not raise the jacks and MAY actually damage the pump.

You can tell which you have by the number of solenoids on the motor itself; one solenoid = uni, two solenoids = bi

I would not try turning the uni-directional pump backwards.

Just my $.02 worth. YMMV

When I had that problem with my old Winnebago Vectra my temporary fix was a bottle jack on the frame near leveler.
