Equalizer leveling system issue

I have a 2015 Berkshire XL 40RB. The Equalizer system works ok in the auto level mode but when I press the All Retract button the legs come up about 6 inches then stop. A second push of the button then retracts them fully. Any thoughts?

Thoughts.
Are the slides closed?
Have you check the hydraulic fluid?
engine running or not?
Batteries fully charged?

I read a lot of post before I got mine 2 years ago. I have followed this procedure and it has always worked.

Retract slides. Start engine. Wait for air pressure to build and compressor kick off. Retract the jacks.

Use the same procedure as Dan. Have you cleaned your jack pistons lately? We use a little silicon spray and then wipe down with clean cloth.

Dsalmon55-

Have the same issue with my unit, haven't been able to figure out what's causing it. I have followed all steps suggested by others, except cleaning jacks with silicon spray. Going to call equalizer this week to see if they have a solution.

Wow, I'm impressed that FR monitors this and offers guidance. Many thanks to them and all who contributed. Dave

All of the input you've read is from fellow Berkshire owners, not FR.

Paul not totally true the response I posted was cut and pasted from a response from FR. True I have not seen a response directly from FR but they do monitor the forum and are aware of postings.
